Part 1, Acceptability

The aim of the study is to investigate the acceptability of a carer-supported home based exercise program for stroke survivors, targeted at increasing physical activity levels. It also aims to collect exercise behaviour information, exercise preferences and enablers and barriers to exercise.

The information will be utilised to inform the development of a home-based program aimed at enabling stroke survivors to meet activity recommendations for health, on an ongoing basis, by completing an exercise program in their own home with the support of a carer.

Participants will be required to complete an online questionnaire which will take approximately 15 minutes. This can alternatively be completed over the phone if required.
