Co-de Nuts: Co-designing nut intervention with post-stroke adults

Who it’s for: Survivors of stroke and health professionals
What it involves: Interview
Where: Online (Australia) or in-person (VIC)

This Monash University co-design study is exploring the feasibility of inclusion of nuts in daily diet for post-stroke adults. Interview questions are structured with the purpose of co-design with participants.

The team hope this will provide strategies to tailor the incorporation of 30 g nuts into the daily diet of adults living with stroke, and inform the design for the next phase of the study.

  • You are an adult survivor of stroke, or
  • You are a health professional who works with adult survivors of stroke.

Participants will be asked to take part in a 45-minute in-depth interview to better understand experiences and perceptions of inclusion of nuts in diet. Interviews will be held either via Zoom or face-to-face at Monash University Clayton Campus, VIC,
