Sleep

I had a MASSIVE stroke in 2004 and it took away ALL my muscle function. (See my website https://www.timhadastroke.com

for a full explanation.)
Anyway, since then I function on about 4 - 5 hours sleep per night!
I don't nap in the day.
I am put to bed at 9, but don't really get tired till 2 - 3.
The carer comes in about 8.30 and I have generally been awake since about 7.30.
If I do sleep for 7/8/9 hours, I am knackered and look awful!

Is this just me?

Hi Tim,

I've had a bit of a look at your story and what has bought you here. I need to go to work now - will finish reading later.

I don't know if you need for little sleep is just you or not.

Does it bother you being in bed from 9pm and not getting to sleep until much later?
