A stroke can cause all sorts of changes in your body and also in your emotions. These changes can cause difficulties for you and those around you. Despite this, you can improve and overcome many of the issues created by your stroke.

What is the purpose of the support group?

For stroke survivors to meet others facing similar challenges, to share their stories and to support each other in a positive way. For caregivers and family members to have regular meetings for supporting each other.

To offer stroke survivors and their families resources and support to live active, satisfying lives.

When:

Meetings are held on 1st and 3rd Tuesday of each month, from 1–3 pm.
