Singing for Wellness is an inspiring music and singing program on the Southern Mornington Peninsula.
The sessions assist in stimulating:
- memory muscle
- release of emotion
- social interaction
- sense of achievement
- activity for the heart and mind.
It's suitable for people living with:
- acquired brain injury
- multiple sclerosis
- communication issues.
Join us every fortnight for a stimulating singing and music program to promote mind and physical wellness.
Share in a variety of musical activities including singing, listening, playing percussion instrument and song writing.
