This research involves an online questionnaire about treatment for slurred speech (dysarthria).

The aim is to collect the views of persons with slurred speech (dysarthria) with current speech-language therapy practices for slurring of speech (dysarthria). The researchers are also interested in understanding whether persons with slurred speech would be interested in participating in research involving new treatment opportunities.

To participate in this study, participants need to:

  1.  be at least 18 years of age;
  2. have dysarthria (slurring of speech) due to a stroke,
  3. have attended or are currently attending speech-language therapy to treat your slurring of speech;
  4. have functional English language abilities.

Participants who meet the recruitment criteria can participate in the study, by completing a short 10-15 minutes online questionnaire by accessing the following link: https://scharr.eu.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_d0hx8FAwDYs1ljf
