If you ever get stuck using EnableMe, you can now get help where and when you need it with our live online chat.
The EnableMe helpdesk team can help you with any website problem, whether it’s logging in, posting a blog or updating a goal.
You can have a text-based conversation with the helpdesk any time Monday to Friday between 9 am and 5 pm (Melbourne/Sydney/Canberra time). Outside these hours you can leave a message and we’ll get back to you when we’re next online.
Please note that the helpdesk is only for assistance using the EnableMe website. If you need help from a health professional, please call StrokeLine on 1800 787 653, or visit our Ask a Health Professional section.
To use the online chat, simply click on the green bar that says EnableMe helpdesk, at the bottom right of every page on EnableMe.
Simply type your message in the pop up box and press the Enter key to send.
If it’s outside business hours, the green bar will say Message the helpdesk.
Just click on the green bar, enter Your name, Email and Message and hit Leave a message. This will send us an email and we will respond as soon as we can.
