This project is funded by the Australian Cardiovascular Alliance and is in partnership with the Stroke Foundation.
The project is led by Professors Natasha Lannin (Monash University) and Erin Godecke (Perron Institute) together with a large team of people who are keen to call for action in Stroke Rehabilitation here in Australia.

Stroke Survivors who can consent to participate and reside in Australia are invited to register.Carer/Family who are or have supported a stroke survivor and reside in Australia are invited to register
