So last blog I said I feel lie my partner is cheating on me. ... HE IS😭😭😭

Had someone tell me and show proof now the woman thinks she could be pregnant. ..

I have no idea what to do.... I know I can t cope on my own!!!!!!

My anxiety is sooooo bad that I fear that I will struggle to leave the house by myself. ...

Even having a stroke was not enough to stop him from cheating on me. ..

He knows that I know...but he still txts her.

. He says it will stop... but I do NOT believe him!!!!!

I have no one to turn to and cannot sleep

Life is so unpredictable. Hurting from emotional pain is hard.

It's hard to make a plan in chaos, to feel that you have the strength to keep yourself safe.

I have no suggestions on what you should do other than take care of you in the best way possible at the moment.

It might be helpful to speak with your local doctor about a Mental Health Care Plan for a referral to a psychologist to discuss your anxiety, and strategies to help you manage this.
