Thrill Seekers and Fellow Time Travellers, when I first set out to write my blogs in 2017, my intent was simple: to document my experience navigating life after a stroke. However, over time, my words ventured far beyond the initial boundaries of post-stroke life and rehabilitation.
They became an exploration of thought, an investigation into the nature of resilience, and a chronicle of my ongoing journey. Not just as a stroke survivor, but as a human being seeking meaning, joy, and growth in every day.
This collection of blogs embedded in today’s tome is a window into my multifaceted journey.
For many of us, stroke is a singular, defining moment—a point in time that divides life into "before" and "after."
For me, it was the catalyst for a new way of seeing the world. My blogs do not merely recount the challenges of physical rehabilitation or the milestones of recovery.
Instead, they dive into the deeper layers; what it means to adapt, to accept, to dream anew, and to live fully, even when the map of your life has been forever changed.
This collection was not only for those who have experienced Stroke, but for anyone who has faced an unexpected detour.
Here, I share my thoughts, aspirations, and the evolving philosophy that guides my approach to living—post-stroke, but also my post-epiphany........Please enjoy
