This season of being homebound and focused on rehab — as challenging as it is — is also preparing me for something beautiful. Sometimes, life places us in a cocoon, urging us to turn inward and rebuild from the inside out.
I’ve felt the pain of losing people I thought were forever. It is devastating. The silence that follows can make you question everything — was any of it real? But I trust my intuition. Some people enter our lives simply to show us what love can feel like, even if they’re not meant to stay for the whole journey.
Our independence isn’t gone; it’s just transforming. We’re evolving. And when we emerge from this lonely, isolated phase, we’ll be stronger and more aligned with who we are truly meant to be.
