Movement with numbness and stiffness

hi all, still no change on right side except numbness moves throughout right side especially leg! Doesnt seem to be improving? Any suggestions or am i expecting too much too soon? Been six months post stroke!,going to gym and bit swimming as well as walking,! Isthis all i get !,! Feeling very down and need answers! Also when is the podcast on sensations beginning?
