Hi Shelagh
It certainly can get better!
Sue
Hi Shelagh,
I thank to hear about that. I still find it incredibly hard to deal with is thank to hear about that. I still find it incredibly hard to deal with dishes, loud conversations, restaurants, and malls.
But, little by little I am getting better ... but even before my stroke, I didn't enjoy noisy rooms or parties. I prefer a forest rather than a party. I just be getting old.
Marcus
Thanks for your comment Marcus. I do like quiet time...probably more than I did before as it allows my brain to rest, however I love going out and being the party animal. The sad thing about being better with noise is that I like to listen to music once again which means I sing very loudly, much to the annoyance of my family as I am a terrible singer! Little by little is god and it is a move forward. Keep going in your positive journey. Shelagh
Thanks also Sue. It sure does get better and seems the nearer I get to my four years, I am actually quite excited. Love to you and hope you are keeping well x
Hi Shelagh
Hey good to hear from you - we are having a BBQ tonight for my 24 year celebration post Stroke today.
Musics will be played loudly and sung along to with great gusto. I'm happy to be alive!
Sue
Apologies Sue, I have just seen your post! HUGE congratulations...I am very lucky to be alive too! Have a super duper chocolate filled Easter with your family.
Much love
Shelagh x
