With the weather getting cooler it can feel harder to get out to exercise. What tips and tricks do you use to keep your exercise routine going through winter?
Preparation and having a back-up plan are key. Such as getting your clothes out the night before, set up an area within your home to exercise, or going for a walk around the shopping centre.
The 8-week program Living Well After Stroke is available free to all Australian survivors of stroke over the age of 18 and can help with support and strategies to start exercising, and ideas on how to keep those routines going right through the cooler months.
