Had my knees done both at the same time. I suffer a stroke 2 days later. 3 months in hospital, been home for 4 months.
I now seeking help to exercise because it hurts a lot having difficult in the stroke right leg.
I am sorry to hear of your stroke post knee surgery. This must have been unexpected and prolonged your rehabilitation recovery process.
Is your pain that you describe and difficulty exercising from your right knee, or related to your right leg post stroke? It is good to clarify this and then seek an opinion from your GP or physiotherapist .
They will be able to advise you on the reason for your pain and the best course of action to manage your pain . This may involve a combination of medication, specific exercises as well as other strategies.
