EnableMe | enableme - stroke recovery and support

Today I went to the dentist, we are in the process of fixing my teeth that got knocked out when I had my stroke. It's been a process even to get me to sit in a dentist chair let alone walk into the dentist, however today I went by myself both sides of my mouth now have have been cleaned, xrayed, I have appointments every week over the next month.

I've had social workers and psychologists work with me to get this far with the dentist, sure have come along way.

The anesthetic is starting to wear off, but crafting today has helped me through it, I'm so glad I have a hobby now something to focus on.

Hope the dental appointments are going well. Since my stroke I don't like going to the dentist and having an anasthetic but the last 3 times have been fine and the dentist and his staff has been very understanding. All the best, Ian
