Yes, I agree, financial matters are a challenge post stroke. Everyone says focus on getting better, but then ask if you could just do this one operation for them, quickly followed by "it's simple - you can do it on your phone" You spend the rest of an hour or even a day on the "simple" operation requested, accompanied with frustration and the so-called "simple" operation being anything but simple, either because the word "simple" was a lie or the system has a glitch which you've discovered the painful way. And boy oh boy, financial life only gets more complicated post a stroke, not easier. That said, I'm grateful for those that are patient/accommodating and we are here talking about money available to us that some people only dream of. It's becoming redundant to say this is a 1st world problem, and it is, but there's always room for critique.
