As the content writer for enableme, I’m working my way through our forty pages of Resources to bring them up-to-date. The first one completed is our most popular page, Rehabilitation, so I encourage you to check it out.
On this page, I’ve edited the text to bring it in line with the new, updated My Stroke Journey, and checked that the resource links listed are current and helpful.
One thing you might notice is that the dozens of short videos of rehab exercises from the US Stroke Nation ARM project have all been gathered into one link, to the Stroke Nation YouTube channel. This should make it easier to browse them all in one place, and also make our other videos easier to find.
We’ve also got a bit more focus on neuroplasticity, with a link to episode 1 of our podcast series. For those who haven’t discovered this yet, it’s now also available for you to subscribe on iTunes, SoundCloud and elsewhere—try searching for it on your favourite podcast app*.
As before, there are also the rehabilitation-related questions for health professionals, forum posts, recommendations for what helps, goals and blog posts, so make sure you scroll down the page to see all this fantastic content from our enableme community.
I’ll continue going through our other resource pages, so keep an eye out and feel free to let me know what you think needs work.
* Technical note: if your podcast app doesn't yet have enableme in it, you might be able to give them our RSS feed. Try copying and pasting the following link:

(Don't click the link unless you like really technical information.)
