EnableMe | enableme - stroke recovery and support

Hi everyone. Shelagh here. I am co hosting what I know will be a fun event on Sunday 19 November here on the Sunshine Coast at THE FARM, Meridan Plains.

The event is called - Healthy You Healthy me Family event

My co hosts and super friends are all health / exercise gurus in their own right and we will engage with you all about living a healthy life.

We will all have 20 minutes to chat to separate groups about what we offer to attain/gain a healthy, happy lifestyle, including exercise tips, presentations, diet etc.

I will also be conducting the My Health for Life questionnaires so please pass onto those you know who you feel may need a little nudge in the right direction.

Children welcome and we will have games, colouring and there is space for them to run free! (Unless they join you)

Entry is only by way of a gold coin donation and the Coffee House will be open for healthy snacks and drinks (all proceeds to The Farm charities).

Thanks Sue. It was a wonderful afternoon and we raised almost $400 which feeds 200 children in Tanzania a GOOD meal. Simple things eh? I sold as few books, connected with some people and shared my journey and the FAST message. Good day I would say.
