Click on Hints and Hacks and you will find information on such topics as eating healthy; slow cooking;healthy snacking plus some clever kitchen gadgets which can make life a lot easier.Thrill Seekers, Fellow Time Travellers, Doctor Google Dictionary [my online digital grammar doyen] defines potpourri as ‘ a mixture or medley of things’ which describes accurately the scope of information at your fingertips in I-REBOUND.
Ms. Julie Davey, a Stroke Survivor and a member of the Consumer Advisory Group\{CAG\} that was an integral part of the team of Researchers, Stroke Clinicians and Stroke Survivors that designed, created and launched of I-REBOUND outlines the scope of information that is available in Hints and Hacks.

Cooking tips from Julie -- slow cooking
A slow cooker is a good option to make delicious meals without the need for a lot of preparation. Julie enjoys using the slow cooker to manage her fatigue
If you are short on time or find it difficult to keep your energy levels up – include a protein filled snack every 2-3 hours!
Meredith invites you into her kitchen to show you what you should aim to eat every week.

Using 'smart devices' can help manage fatigue after stroke.
Brooke demonstrates using a smart device. This device is easy to use with mobility impairments.Fatigue can be an issue many years after stroke. Smart devices can help reduce fatigue.
A smart water bottle that can help increase/monitor the amount of water you drink.
A smart water bottle is user friendly for a stroke survivor. It's easy to monitor with a phone app. You can set up reminders to achieve your daily goal.

The Genesis of I-REBOUND
The I-Rebound website has been developed by the Stroke Foundation and the University of Newcastle and co-designed with Stroke Survivors. It has been designed to reduce the risk ofsubsequent strokes by providing resources for eating well and moving more.
Professor Coralie English. University of Newcastle, who provides sage and strategic leadership to the I-REBOUND Project explains the objectives of this truly unique initiative.
The website was funded by the Stroke Foundation (using funds from the Nancy & Vic Allen Stroke Prevention Memorial Fund Grant\}.
