Think Tanks

These groups proliferate and on any important event of the day, a representative of a group will be opining with gravity on TV. They tend to hold relatively stable positions.

But why the strange name? Then it hit me. Thos Furphy’s water tank was the pioneer think tank, and it should be honoured as such.
