phone torch in one hand and the walking stick in the other for the first time i bravely did the strip from my friend 's place 200m to mine for me it is quite an achievement especially at night ! Tomorrow is the start of the 30 minutes a day challenge of STRIDE4STROKE we will see how long it last!!!!!
