Yesterday, 21 May 2018, saw the launch of a new Facebook group specifically for people with CADASIL (and their carers) living in Australia, New Zealand, and the greater Oceania region.
CADASIL = Cerebral Autosomal Dominant Arteriopathy with Subcortical Infarcts and Leukoencephalopathy.

There isn't much there at the moment but it will grow as the CADASIL community becomes aware of it, and join up to share their experiences and knowledge.
