Monash University’s community webinar on stroke - 1 November 2023

Hi everyone, there's one week to go before Monash University's brain webinar series begins. The first webinar is on stroke and will be held via zoom on Wednesday 1 November 2023 from 5.30-7.00pm AEDT.

These webinars will provide a platform for people with lived experience, researchers and health professionals to interact and engage with each other. They will also share about the research being done at the Central Clinical School of Monash University.

This webinar will include an overview of stroke, possible causes, and genetic components. It will also provide information on current and novel treatments, clinical trials, and the latest trends in research.

There's a fantastic panel of speakers, moderated by Associate Professor Nadine Andrew, a past Stroke Foundation research grant recipient.
