goals and independent living

I can still grizzle about independent living. I predict that, sooner or later, someone will say that one handers can lead independent lives. You may have to monitor that Ted.

Goals are popular subjects for many writers. Here is a doozey.

“Planning to be at the same level as you were before the stroke is O.K. But you should aim to be better than you were before the stroke!”

This may be of interest to super-fit under 50 two handers but not to over 70 one handers struggling to walk properly.
