Autumn has always felt like the truest season to me.
Not because it’s dramatic, but because it’s honest. It’s the time of year when the world stops pretending to be invincible. The light softens, the pace steadies, and everything begins to move with a kind of quiet courage.
After my stroke, I learned to live in that rhythm — not by choice at first, but by necessity, and eventually by wisdom.
Recovery taught me that life isn’t always about pushing forward.
Sometimes it’s about learning how to stand still without losing heart. Autumn understands that. It shows us that change can be gentle, that progress can be slow, and that strength doesn’t always look like what it used to.
In my blog,Autumn is just around the Seasonal Corner I acknowledge those changes, it is also reflected in the nourishment that we seek.I-REBOUND radiates that warmth, that change in body and texture
