David (30) spent 180 days in hospital after his stroke
David (30) had a stroke in June 2019 due to a ruptured AVM. He spent 180 days in hospital.
He and his fiancé Jemima would like to take this opportunity to publicly thank everyone for their care and support.
Jemima says, “David’s prognosis wasn’t a positive one, but we have had the best care team from the beginning. Every hospital staff member, every allied health professional - literally everyone has gone above and beyond.
We will be forever grateful to everyone who has participated in his recovery. As a result of that amazing team, and David’s hard work, the sky is the limit for him! Hopefully our story gives others hope and inspiration in their recovery.”
