0 CommentsI am a fatty due to my love of chocolate and an emotional eating habit and as a result havebeen getting fatter by the week.
I dcided that enough is enough and sent away for the 20/20 diet.
18 days ago I started on the Dr Phil McGraw 20/20 diet.
My dear wife does all the cooking ( for which I am eternaly greatful) and in those 18 days I have lost 5.1 Kilos š
Losing weight is one of my goals and am very happy with the results so far.
I am 108.5 Kilos now and started @ 113.5 Kilos and my goal is 90 Kilos.
