0 CommentsSo I've just started the second week of the training plan. Week 1 called for 3 hrs walking across a range of surfaces and for different times.
We found out that 15 minutes continuous is my current limit for steps, mind you in that time I did 16 - 18 flights both up and down.
The main walk for the week was 1.5 hours and I walked from home to/around the Myer Music bowl and around the kings domain park, then home.
Had some sore muscles during the week, so lots of stretching and use of trigger point balls was required. A little fatigue has been evident but it's been minor
Week 2 calls for 5 hours walking total. Looking good so far for achieving the goal.
