Weather and getting things done

The weather in Cairns has been like the wet season this week, It is beautiful, even more so when you have to pulled out of the wardrobe a long sleeve top as you are feeling a little cold. Even better when you find yourself sleeping under a doona.I miss the cold sometimes, and feel for you all when it gets realy cold.

To be able to sleep all rugged up it is fantastic, You sleep better. I have lived in the cold SE weather of SA for years . After a hot, long summer here it is nice to be cool for a change. The rain is a blessing as we were very very dry. I belive the farmers are getting a little rain out western Qld, not much but a little. It will takes a long time to replenish those areas.

Reading you info blog Heather I wish I could drive a little but not here in Cairns, Heather are you in Southbank Brisbane or Melbourne?. Just confused when reading Southbank.

I was going to go out to do some gardening but I do not like weed pulling when it is very wet. Afer a week in hospital prior to Christmas with a septic hand, I stay away from the garden when the soil is very wet. The Cairns Iron man is on this weekend, so the tempature is just right for all competitors.

Will go and do some house work then craft. Have been a little lazy lately very tired. Must be the weather. Have a good day.
