Recently I was invited as a Consumer Representative [along with 2 other Consumer Representatives\} to participate on a Webinar panel conducted by the School of Nursing and Midwifery from the University of Western Sydney. The important role and value of Consumer Engagement was a feature of the discussions during the Webinar. Discussions and the questions reinforced this supposition.
