I have been looking around at Websites and I came across the World Stroke Organization which has the Global Stroke Bill of Rights.
Recovery and the WSO Global Stroke Bill of Rights. Could be worth a look at the Website and reading what it has to say about this point.

It's World Stroke Day today and seeing a fellow stroke survivor and his family in such a desperate situation is distressing.

thanks for the advice, and what you posted on Facebook. I've passed it all on to Colleen. I've been distressed by the whole story, from the moment I heard he'd had a stroke. It highlights for me the lack of services for young people who've had a stroke.
