They are interested in learning about stroke survivors' experiences with post stroke rehabilitation and care, including treatment preferences related to medications, psychological therapies, lifestyle changes, or alternative remedies.
Who can participate in the research
Eligibility criteria include stroke survivors over 18 years of age who are affected by stroke-related fatigue or low mood conditions and reside in Australia.
What will your participation involve?
The research will involve a 30-45 minute interview, which can be conducted either online or in person.
In-person interviews are available for participants in Sydney or Newcastle.
Locations for in-person interviews - Newcastle
Venues in Newcastle include Newcastle City Library (Laman Street), Wallsend Library (Bunn Street), and the Hunter Medical Research Institute (HMRI, Kookaburra Circuit, New Lambton Heights).
Locations for in-person interviews - Sydney
Venues in Sydney include= City of Sydney Library (Haymarket), Marrickville Library, and Green Square Library.
