I continued going to the gym, sometimes for group sessions, and sometimes for single tests with recorded results.

At home visits my physio and I worked on the text of ‘Recovery from Stroke’ which was rapidly growing. There was a feeling in the gym that it would be a good thing if the gym could get an article in the N.S.F.

Hope your gym works go well. Not sure what N.S F is? I returned to normal gym today and luckily the exercise physiologist has experience in neuro. Good luck
