Carer / live in

Hi.

I'd appreciate any useful tips or leads in searching for a live-in carer for my mum post stroke. I am extremely mindful of the potential weight of such a commitment, compatibility issues etc.

She is by nature extremely independent and self-sufficient but requires physical assistance still with many tasks.

We are also mindful of setting boundaries and limiting the job requirements to maximise comfort for the carer.

eg 1.freedom to perhaps gain limited part-time work to supplement income

2) very comfy living quarters with full use of a comfortably furnished " games room " are for responsible hosting of friends.

3) suggestions it might suit someone who is a remote student and can study from the comfort of the home

4) someone who is currently living with a family member but would like more independence , with the option to always return to family or visit friends when the clients family visit her.

SA rural , Yorke Peninsula location, literally beachfront !!!!
