Having ongoing pain after a stroke can be not only frustrating but also debilitating. It is associated with poorer physical outcomes as well as challenges with mental health and reduced overall quality of life. For that reason I am completing research into Mind-body Therapies for ongoing pain after stroke.
If you have pain following your stroke for more than 3 months and would be willing to participate in my research please feel free to get in touch. You don't have to have completed any Mind-body Therapies (e.g., yoga, Tai Chi, meditation, mindfulness etc) in order to participate. At this stage of the research your participation would just include a 1 hour interview / chat which can be completed via Zoom.
More information can be found at the link below if this sounds like something you might be interested in participating in.
