Setten had a catastrophic stroke in 2016 and needed to use a wheelchair in the early years. Now the man is tackling trees and wheelie bins in his back yard.
Physical activity can be overwhelming after having a stroke. Guidelines show that most people should be aiming for at least 30 mins of moderate intensity physical activity most days of the week.
That sounds like a lot. A couple of tips to get there: split the 30 minutes (or more) into shorter 'movement bites" - aim for 3 x 10 minutes, or 6 x 5 minutes. Or do a Stetten and get your exercise indirectly through chores and working around the house.

What the Guidelines say: Research states that it is important to do 150 to 300 mins of moderate intensity physical activity in a week (for 18- 65-year-olds) and 30 mins of moderate intensity physical activity most days of the week (for 65+ years).
