Stroke Foundation and the Australian Cardiovascular Alliance invite survivors of stroke, carers, and family members to share their experiences, ideas, and priorities for improving stroke rehabilitation.

By sharing your insights, you will help us develop a robust and inclusive framework that addresses the needs of those recovering from stroke.

ELIGIBILITY

Survivors of stroke who live in Australia, and can consent to participate.

Carers or family who live in Australia, and support or have supported a survivor of stroke.
