Heat

37C in Brisbane today , I discovered that suddenly heat do bother me a lot so I am confined to my apartment where ac is available, no beach for me anymore, no pool either and I am swimmer! but my left arm does not really work ahahahaha...I can float though ,I will let you know.

I did drive 30 minute this morning 9 am and it was not yet too hot it was early. By 9:45 , I was super impatient and probably speed where I could .Although I have constantly improved I can feel the impact of the heat.
