Questions about excerise. Stroke at 51. I have recovered very well, but I do suffer from anxity, depression and fatigue and a felling that something is broken(I have recoverd so that people tend not to belive me, I often think is would help if I limped a little more) Any way the question. I do go to the gym and lift weights, at least 3 days and I did a lot more aerobic before and have to increase it a little bit to former levels. But I have taken up yoga to help with movment and stiffness. Found a wonderful teacher and am at week 8 of a 10 week beginner course, I will have to repeat the course again but I knew that when I started. But I seem to be getting worse and stiffer since I started, espicaly today. Came home and slept for 3 houses after an hour lesson. Is it because I am doing something new and the brain and body are slower to react, Or the damage is in thiat area.
