Help Needed to find a App for Andriod Tablet

I have a member of our Stroke Group who needs a Communication App for Andriod Tablet. Needs to be pictures and voice and needs to be able to be personalised. They are non verbal & can't read.

Is there anyone out there that can help or has ideas.
