EnableMe | enableme - stroke recovery and support

has anyone numbness and pins and needles moving through one side upon wakening? Same every morning till i get mobile. Is this the brain finding other pathways? Feeling very frustrated, am i moving towards progress?

Lyn I do experience pins and needles in my good foot. I have appt with neurologist in 3 weeks time. Useing a walker when out in public gives me security and helps the pain etc. enjoy your breakfast. Jenny
