New Carers

I wonder how many carers are first approached to join this profession in major acute hospital, and then went on to training, making a plan for a particular patient. The patient, with a medium to severe disability, will then go into a rehab hospital which has its own therapy group. When adequately recovered, the patient is sent home for private care from family, physios, O.T and carers.
