0 CommentsYou may recall a recent blog about a colleague of mine who's husband Wayne had a stroke. Their daughter Morgan is currently trying to raise funds to try and open specialist care facility for young traumatic/acquired brain injury (T/ABI) survivors.
If such a facility was available to me when I had my stroke, how different the outcomes for me would have been, as I'm sure would be the case for many of us. It's time to change the way we're seen, time to change the way we're treated by society and medical facilities. Time to make a difference.
