Stiffness and numbness

Hi been nearly year and feel right side not continuing to go forward! Have my feelings but very numb and stiff all the time? What can i do to imprive my sensations,getting me down, having bad stiffness all time especially on right leg and side? Walk alot and stairs still problem. Any suggestions as to sstop this numbness?
