1 CommentsAfter nearly 6 years, the daily recovery challenge can get tiresome. Setting myself goals (no matter how arbitrary!) helps keep me going. For the last 5 years or so I have been walking unaided around the oval at the North Melbourne Football club (the fence is there to hold me up when I need it!). What started out as 1/4 of the oval, the half, then full lap, and last week, I broke the 'mythical' 9 minute barrier for a lap. Pretty chuffed really...
