If you have raised cholesterol and have suffered a stroke or heart attack you may be interested in participating in this online survey.

Taking part in this survey will help improve understanding about the perspectives on the benefits and risks of treatments for high cholesterol. The results could be used by various stakeholders in
future discussions with government about new treatment options.

Community and Patient Preference Research (CaPPRe) works closely with clinicians, patients, patient advocacy groups, industry and government to conduct research that incorporates patient values and preferences into healthcare and treatment funding decisions.
