I changed it now. "eight months ago" not years - this right now.

What a lot of work you have done to get to this point, congratulations!  I would love to hear about what  it's like for you to be on the road.

 I recall my early driving experiences, exciting, nerve wracking, needing to concentrate (many people who waved at me and complained I didn't wave back- well I was concentrating and that was a good thing!) yes tiredness from all that concentration and the big relief of being independent on the road again which was the big positive above all the wobbly things.

 I had a manual car too which I didn't need adjustments for, just alot to think about for me!  I do have an auto now and enjoy the ease of driving.
