today i go to get my licence back cant wait to have my independence back!,! Still numb and stiff on awakening with sensations moving throughout my right side!! Hope my day is better.

Hi lots of numbness and stiffness still a real pain! Had my first acupunture treatment and my yin and yan out if wack!,,-der! Had anyone gone done this road and with any results? Like any feedback as the acupunturist said should see some results after few treatments or this just emptying my wallet!,my stiffness and numbness seems to be indifferent parts of my right side at different times, anyone with same.? Told no dairy or wheat in eating ? Am not vegetarian but would more fresh stuff help brain to find new pathways? Any feedback appreciated,,

I can see what your saying , does it help or are you emptying your wallet. I have had acupuncture myself for back twinges here a d there. I did find it really helpful.

Eating , I have made RE eat adjustments to include a healthier intake of food. I feel more satisfied 😊
