Your “Lived Experience” will help advance Motion Capture technology as a means of assessing and enhancing upper limb rehabilitation in Stroke Survivors.
The researchers are also seeking the participation of Clinicians in this Project.
This study is being undertaken by researchers from UNSW and supported by The George Institute for Global Health, targeting improvements in clinical practices and patient outcomes.

You will contribute to possible improvements with stroke assessment tasks for Occupational Therapists and Physiotherapists.
Your participation will assist in the development of state-of-the art medical technology, which may eventually be available on smart, portable devices.
Are you eligible to participate as a Stroke Survivor
To be eligible you are aged 18 and over; experienced a Stroke over three months ago,fluent in English, and have undergone upper limb rehabilitation following your stroke.
Are you eligible to participate as a Clinician.
We are seeking Licensed healthcare professionals (e.g., physiotherapists, occupational therapists, rehabilitation physicians) with at least three years of experience in post-stroke rehabilitation.

What will your Participation Involve?
Participants will engage in surveys and either a 1:1 interview or a focus group to assist researchers understand the usability and effectiveness of Motion Capture technology.
Interviews and Focus-Groups will run for approximately 60 minutes and will take place online.
Surveys are completed online and take approximately 15 minutes to complete.
